At Ayuesh Health Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products, and how we issue refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@ayueshhealthcare.com or WhatsApp/Call us at 8475999111 within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will verify and approve eligible return requests within 24–48 hours.

3. Return Pickup

  • Once approved, we will schedule a pickup through our courier partner at your address.
  • In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address. Reimbursement will be provided upon sharing the receipt.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated once the returned product reaches our facility and passes inspection.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method or bank account, as applicable.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Product is opened, used, or not in its original condition
  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction without valid reason

6. Exchange Policy

We offer free replacement for damaged or incorrect items delivered. The exchange will be processed only after receiving the returned item.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • For prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed on cancellation before shipment.
