1. Order Processing
- All orders placed on www.ayueshhealthcare.com are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Once processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation along with a tracking number.
2. Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines:

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather issues, or government regulations.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- ₹50 shipping fee on orders below ₹999.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can also log in to your account on our website to view order status.
5. Packaging
All products are packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and sealed.
6. Non-Delivery
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will attempt to contact you for re-delivery.
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We serve customers within India only.
8. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit:

- We will coordinate with our courier partners and ensure a resolution.
9. Damaged Products on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged:
- Kindly send photos of the damaged product/package within 24 hours of delivery to support@ayueshhealthcare.com.
- We will investigate and either replace or refund the product based on our return policy.
